You may think your little one needs help in order to grow tall; however, he or she will grow naturally as long as you provide them the necessary things they need and train them to keep up with their teachings.
The teachings begin with a proper diet that is high in protein and calcium. Protein works with the muscles and bones for them to grow the way they should and calcium is needed for the bones to grow properly. On the other hand, your child needs more than just a diet of protein and calcium for their body to grow and stay healthy. If they are not receiving the correct amount of nutrients and vitamins, the body will not be healthy and the added boost of protein and calcium will not be enough for them grow naturally. Each child needs to eat fruits, vegetables, and drink milk each and every day.
Exercise
Exercise is another great way in which to grow taller naturally. Children that do not get enough exercise do not reach their full growth potential. Recommended exercise to help children grow in height include jumping rope, sports such as soccer, and even jogging are all great. Along with exercise, stretching can also help. This can be started at any age not just during the teen years. Just have them stand and reach to the sky several times a day.
The body grows while children sleep. If they stay up all hours of the night and get up early, they are not allowing their body the time it needs to grow. Getting a full eight hours sleep will also help them grow to their full height potential naturally.
A few things you may wish to try but should be avoided include:
Height boosting pills, injections, and sprays
The majority of height boosting pills, injections, and spray are created with a HGH or human growth hormone. This hormone is naturally found in the body produced by the pituitary gland. In some cases, your physician may suggest using HGH but only in cases where the child has a deficiency of HGH. Due to the deficiency, your child may not grow properly and it can result in stunted growth.
On the other hand, athletes have used the same medication in order to build muscle and increase stamina.
The main problem with using HGH or any type of boosting pills, injections, or sprays is there are side effects and many people do not use them under medical care.
One of the most common side effects of HGH is known as acromegaly. Acromegaly is a condition that normally starts with more growth of the facial bone and connective tissue. This can cause protruding jaw line and the bones of the eyebrow to protrude as well. Not only does the face have effects, but the hands and feet also grow abnormally. One other sign is that hair will grow over the entire body.
Beyond the physical appearance changes, the lifespan begins to deteriorate, meaning the person will not live a long life.
Do not in any way make your children use ‘grow taller’ pills sold over the internet; these can be dangerous.
